實(shí)驗(yàn)室包括化學(xué)檢驗(yàn)室、物理環(huán)境檢驗(yàn)室、原材料檢驗(yàn)室、計(jì)量室。配備各種儀器設(shè)備，主要包括高低溫交變濕熱循環(huán)試驗(yàn)箱、氙燈老化試驗(yàn)箱（可模擬車外、車內(nèi)光照條件）、鹽霧試驗(yàn)箱、膜厚儀、恒溫水箱、耐熱老化箱、膠帶初粘儀、膠帶保持力箱、鏡像顯微鏡、雙柱式伺服系統(tǒng)萬能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)、數(shù)顯式懸臂梁沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)、熱變形維卡、軟化點(diǎn)測試儀、融指數(shù)儀、高精度固體密度儀等。已基本涵蓋汽車用塑料原材料、電鍍、油漆、車輪裝飾插拔力等環(huán)境可靠類性能的檢測。
The laboratory
consists of a chemical laboratory, a physical environment laboratory, a raw
material laboratory and a measuring room. There are a variety of instrument and
equipment such as high and low temperature alternating wet and heat cycle test
chamber, xenon lamp aging test chamber (which can simulate lighting conditions
inside and outside the car), salt spray test chamber, film thickness gauge, constant
temperature water tank, heat-resisting aging oven, tape initial stick meter,
taping retaining box, mirror microscope, double column type servo system universal
material testing machine, digital display cantilever beam impact testing
machine, softening point tester, melt index apparatus, high precision solid density
instrument etc. The devices basically cover the environment reliability tests
of automotive plastic raw materials, electroplating, paint and wheel decoration
insertion and extraction force.
